For a legitimate application, the bank account holder authorizes access through Open Finance. RPG Connecta gives the application a REST/OpenAPI interface for connections, accounts and transactions, while an authenticated MCP is available for agent workflows. The public discovery MCP exposes product information only and never customer financial data.
